GLENDALE, Ariz. — Radim Vrbata and Robert Lang scored, and the Phoenix Coyotes beat Western Conference-leading San Jose 2-1 on Saturday night, extending the Sharks’ season-worst losing streak to five games.

Ilya Bryzgalov stopped 37 shots for the Coyotes, who have won six of seven to climb into sixth place in the Western Conference.
