BHOPAL - Union Minister of State for Sports and Youth Affairs Pratik Prakashbabu Patil Friday said that tennis star Sania Mirza could continue to represent the country even after marrying Pakistani cricketer Shoaib Malik.

“Marriage is a personal choice of an individual. If Sania is marrying Shoaib, the issue should not be linked to her game,” he told media persons here.

Patil said his ministry would soon launch a portal dedicated to the youth of India which could be used for getting the information about the policies of the ministry and also for informing the ministry about their problems.

Patil later visited Sports Authority of India (SAI) centre here and apprised himself with the activities going on there.
