US women’s soccer team set to play Sweden

OMAHA, Neb. — The United States women’s soccer team will play Sweden in an exhibition match at Creighton University’s Morrison Stadium on July 13.

The U.S. team is ranked No. 1 in the world and is the reigning Olympic champion. Sweden is fourth in the FIFA rankings and is trying to qualify for the Women’s World Cup in 2011.
