GEORGE - Japan has arranged a training match with Mozambique Thursday with three 30-minute periods to tune-up for their World Cup football opening match.

Closed to the public, it will be played in the city of George, in South Africa’s Western Cape province.

The coach of Japan’s national team, Takeshi Okada, is still undecided on his starting lineup following several disappointing test matches.

Japan, in Group E, plays its opener Monday against Cameroon in Bloemfontein (4 p.m.). Its other preliminary round opponents are the Netherlands and Denmark.
