Queen’s Baton Relay reaches Delhi Thursday

NEW DELHI - The Queen’s Baton Relay of the Commonwealth Games will reach Delhi from Haryana Thursday.

According to a government official, Delhi’s Education and Sports Minister Arvinder Singh Lovely will receive the relay at Kapashera on Delhi-Haryana border.

The official said Chief Secretary Rakesh Mehta, Principal Secretary for CWG P.K. Tripathi and R. Narayanswami, special advisor for the Commonwealth Games, will be among others present on the occasion.

The Queen’s Baton Relay Sep 26 entered Haryana at Dabwali town in Sirsa district from Rajasthan.
