LONDON - Prince William showed his football skills recently when he scored a late goal for a pal’s team, bringing the match to a draw.

Wills, 28, had stunned the opposition when he turned up at the 11th hour to play, while his brother Prince Harry, 26, cheered him on from the touchline.

The Prince made it a 2-2 draw as Harry chanted, “Go on William” and “Have him!” much to the amusement of Wills’ teammates.

Aston Villa fan Wills played in central midfield in rain-soaked London’s Battersea Park.

“The lads’ faces dropped when they saw who was lining up. The opposition team didn’t shy away from putting in some fairly hefty tackles on William. He put in a gritty performance,” the Sun quoted an onlooker as saying.

“He’s got a decent touch and does his share of defending,” the onlooker added. (ANI)
