It might be bit hard for Warne to jump out from commentary box: Nielsen

PERTH - Australian coach Tim Nielsen has said that leg-spin legend Shane Warne must quickly decide whether to make a sensational comeback in the ongoing Ashes series.

According to reports, Warne has been offered a million dollars to come out of retirement by a Melbourne businessman after Australia lost the Adelaide Test to be 0-1 down in the five-match series.

“Warnie hasn’t got a lot of time. He has been working hard in the commentary box so it might be a bit hard for him to jump out to the middle,” the Herald Sun quoted Nielsen, as saying.

“If we had to bowl for 150 overs he might feel the heat. Warnie has been four years out of international cricket and only played Twenty20 cricket. There is a vast difference in that sort of format compared to what Test cricket wants and asks of you,” he added. (ANI)
