LONDON - Chelsea manager Carlo Ancelotti has claimed that he is still under pressure despite his team thrashing Ipswich Town at Stamford Bridge.

Reigning champions Chelsea have taken only 10 points from their last 11 Premier League games, but opened their FA Cup defence with a resounding 7-0 win.

However, Ancelotti refused to get carried away and said: “I think everyone may have a better feeling after this victory, but nothing has changed.”

“We have to keep going and repeat this kind of performance. The result was good, but we can’t get too excited,” the Sun quoted the manager, as saying.

“Nobody’s happy at the moment. We hope this bad moment has gone, but we have to wait before we can say everything is OK,” he added.

Chelsea are currently fifth in the Premier League table, nine points behind leaders Manchester United having played a game more. (ANI)
