Chelsea meets Everton for the first time in FA Cup final

LONDON - Chelsea has won four of their eight FA Cup finals and Everton five of their 12. The two are now getting ready to meet for the first time in the final Saturday.
Chelsea last won the FA Cup two years ago when they beat Manchester United by a solitary goal and curiously Everton, too, beat Manchester United in their last final way back in 1995, also 1-0.
Everton first won the Cup in 1906 beating Newcastle 1-0 after losing their first two finals, against Wolverhampton 0-1 in 1893 and to Aston Villa 2-3 in 1897.
Chelsea had to wait till 1970 for their first win, beating Leeds United 2-1 after extra time of a replay, having lost the earlier two finals against Sheffield United 0-3 in 1915 and against Tottenham Hotspur 1-2 in 1967.
