Dolphins LB Taylor leaves with injury
MIAMI — Miami Dolphins linebacker Jason Taylor left Monday night’s game against the New York Jets with a shoulder injury.
Taylor walked to the locker room in the fourth quarter holding his hands and grimacing. The 2006 NFL Defensive Player of the Year had fallen awkwardly after trying to sack Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez.
The team said he had a shoulder injury and his return was questionable. Taylor returned to the sideline and was receiving treatment.
