Buckley, Walker score 2 TDs apiece to lead Alcorn State in a 34-16 win over Alabama A&M

Alcorn State defeats Alabama A&M 34-16
LORMAN, Miss. — Tim Buckley threw two touchdowns and Arnold Walker ran for two more, leading Alcorn State to a 34-16 win over Alabama A&M on Saturday.
Buckley was 11-for-32 with 153 yards and an interception for the Braves (2-3, 2-1 Southwestern Athletic Conference). He also rushed for 67 yards on 13 carries.
Walker, who finished with 92 yards, scored his first TD on a 5-yard scamper to put the Braves up 21-10 with 8:51 to play in the game.
The Bulldogs (4-3, 1-2) pulled within 21-16 on Deaunte Mason’s 5-yard scoring run less than 4 minutes later. But Walker had a 62-yard rushing score with 2:16 left and Carl Harris’ 16-yard fumble return for a TD came 15 seconds later, sealing the win for Alcorn State.
Buckley had a 44-yard touchdown pass in the first quarter and a 7-yarder in the second.
