Glaud helps Delaware State snap Morgan State’s 5-game winning streak with 35-22 win

Delaware State defeats Morgan State 35-22
DOVER, Del. — Anthony Glaud threw two touchdown passes and ran for another score as Delaware State snapped Morgan State’s five-game winning streak with a 35-22 victory Saturday.
Glaud’s 4-yard run put Delaware State (2-5, 2-3 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference) ahead 7-5 with 9:53 left in the second quarter. Jaashawn Jones, who rushed for 107 yards, added a 4-yard scoring run and Glaud’s 30-yard touchdown pass to Donnell Dixon with 4 seconds left in the half gave the Hornets a 21-12 halftime lead.
Glaud added a 9-yard touchdown pass to Zacharri Charles with 2:43 left in the third quarter to give Delaware State a 28-12 lead.
Glaud was 16-for-26 for 150 yards and two interceptions.
Carlton Jackson, who ran 9 yards for Morgan State’s final score, was 14-of-26 passing for 143 yards and three interceptions. He also rushed 16 times for 66 yards for the Bears (5-2, 3-1).
