Stephen F. Austin beats Sam Houston State 42-3
NACOGDOCHES, Texas — Jeremy Moses passed for 372 yards and five touchdowns to lead Stephen F. Austin to a 42-3 victory over Sam Houston State Saturday.
Moses twice found Aaron Rhea for TDs, scoring on passes from 26 and 49 yards. He also connected for scores with Brandon Scott from 36 yards, Contrevious Parks from 2 yards and Duane Brooks from 11. Moses completed 27 of 38 passes.
Backup Dalton Williams found Garrett Williams on a 12-yard pass for a TD for the Lumberjacks (6-1, 3-0). He completed 7 of 8 for 62 yards.
The only score for the Bearkats (3-4, 1-2) was a 23-yard field goal by Miguel Antonio.
