LONDON - Tiger Woods’ voicemail message to cocktail waitress Jaimee Grubbs, which was turned into an internet musical parody, has become a Youtube sensation.
The ‘Tiger Woods Voicemail Slow Jam Remix’ has received over one million views.
It pokes fun at the world’s number one golfer, and is accompanied by the explanation, that says: “Tiger Woods knows how to treat a lady right. Here’s a sexy song to prove it.”
In the original voicemail, published by Us magazine, Woods is allegedly asking Grubbs to delete her name from her answerphone message because his wife, Elin Nordegren, had checked his phone and found Grubbs’ number.
“Hey, it’s Tiger. I need you to do me a huge favour. Can you please take your name off your phone? ,” the Telegraph quoted the message as saying.
“My wife went through my phone and may be calling you. So, if you can, please take your name off that. Just have it as a number on the voicemail, just have it as your telephone number, ok? You got to do this for me. Huge. Quickly. Bye,” added the message.
Grubbs, a 24-year-old waitress from Los Angeles, is one of several women who have alleged relationship with Woods.
Woods has not been seen in public since his car crash on November 27, which reportedly occurred after Nordegren confronted him over his alleged infidelities. (ANI)
