Nick Waisome Commits To Florida Gators

GROVELAND (GaeaTimes.com)- Out of Groveland South Lake, cornerback Nick Waisome knows where to start his University football play. On Wednesday night the cornerback of the Groveland South Lake declared that he would be joining the Florida Gators. The announcement was aired on ESPNU and swapping his present South Lake High hat for a University of Florida hat, the cornerback who is considered the seventh-best corner prospect in the nation said that he would like to start his college football career with Florida Gators. Nick Waisome will be joining the squad of the University of Florida next year.
Nick Waisome who had considered teams like Florida State, Georgia Bulldogs, Louisiana State University and South Carolina ultimately went for the Florida Gators as he likes the atmosphere of the school. An elated Nick Waisome maintained in front of the camera that University of Florida is a fun place to be in. “It’s a great school, wins championships” the player added. Nick Waisome also added that the he has a great relationship with not only the coaches of the Florida Gators but also some of the players.
Nick Waisome will be the fifth player out of the Groveland South Lake to join the Florida Gators. Ryan Carter was the first player of the school to join the Florida Gators back in 2002, since then three more players have joined the team. In 2009, offensive lineman Jonotthan Harrison signed with the Florida Gators. However, the lineage has in no way influenced Nick Waisome’s decision who maintained that it was his own “mission”. He maintained that his mission was to decide the best school for himself.
