Gagan Narang Fetched Again a Gold Medal for India in CWG

NEW DELHI, INDIA (GaeaTimes.com) — Gagan Narang made India proud by winning another gold medal in a category of shooting on the third day of Commonwealth Games 2010. He outsted Olympic gold medalist Abhinav Bindra to fetch the gold medal for India.
Gagan Narang fired a perfect 600 to won the men’s 10m individual air rifle title. Abhinav Bindra settled for the silver medal. Gagan Narang scored an excellent 703.6 that is set to be in the world records. He brought the first gold medal to India in the CWG 2010.
Gagan Narang is not the only one to glorify the name of his country. Anisa Sayyed and Omkar Singh also managed to fetch gold medals in separate shooting categories on wednesday. India is beaming with glory as Sarnobat bagged a silver medal in Women’s 25m pistol category and in the double trap men’s pairs event, Ronjon Singh Sodhi and Asher Noria clinched the silver medal.
