Tendulkar hails India’s CWG medal winners

NEW DELHI - India’s cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar Friday congratulated the country’s medal winners in the Commonwealth Games, which concluded here Friday.
“101 congratulations to all our CWG champions. Your hard work and various sacrifices have brought laurels to our nation. U make us proud!!!,” Tendulkar wrote on his Twitter page.
India for the first time finished second in the Games medals tally, notching up 101 medals, including 38 gold medals.
