Perrilloux’s 4 TDs, Heath’s 2 returns spark Jacksonville State’s 52-7 rout of Tennessee-Martin

Jacksonville State crushes Tennessee-Martin 52-7
JACKSONVILLE, Ala. — Ryan Perrilloux threw four touchdown passes and T.J. Heath had two interceptions for scores, leading Jacksonville State’s 52-7 rout of Tennessee-Martin on Saturday.
Perrilloux was 14-for-16 with 205 yards for the Gamecocks (3-2, 1-0 Ohio Valley Conference), and James Wilkerson had 133 yards receiving and two scores. Calvin Middleton rushed for 121 yards and a touchdown.
Heath’s 26- and 55-yard interception returns for touchdowns came less than 5 minutes apart, giving the Gamecocks a 14-0 lead midway through the opening quarter. Middleton’s 43-yard touchdown run and Perrilloux’s 5-yard TD pass to Greg Smith pushed the Jacksonville State lead to 31-0 at halftime.
Perrilloux connected with Wilkerson on a pair of 51-yard touchdown passes in the second half — one in the third and another in the fourth.
Brandyn Young scored on a 1-yard run for the Skyhawks (2-3, 1-1).
