Gordon and Scales combine for 233 yards rushing, 5 TDs in Harvard’s 42-21 win over Dartmouth

Harvard routs Dartmouth 42-21
CAMBRIDGE, Mass. — Gino Gordon and Treavor Scales combined for five touchdowns and 233 yards rushing in Harvard’s 42-21 win over Dartmouth on Saturday.
Scales scored two of three straight Crimson (5-2, 4-0 Ivy League) touchdowns to open the game, running it in from 40 and 1 yards. He finished with 120 yards on 20 carries.
Gordon scored Harvard’s other touchdown of the fist half on a 15-yard run early in the second quarter, and added two more in the second half. Gordon finished with eight carries for 113 yards and four catches for 103 yards.
The Crimson racked up 513 yards of offense, including 309 on the ground.
Collier Winters was 12 of 15 for 204 yards. Winters scored the Crimson’s final touchdown, giving them a 42-14 lead on a 31-yard pass to Kyle Juszczyk with 2:53 left in the third quarter.
Connor Kempe was 17 of 34 with 198 yards and one touchdown for Dartmouth (1-6, 1-3).
