Young active, no lineup changes yet for Titans
NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Vince Young is active and warming up for the Titans with an achy right knee that had him questionable for Tennessee’s game with the St. Louis Rams.
Young left practice early Thursday after aggravating the injury, then he watched practice Friday.
The Rams sat right tackle Jason Smith on Sunday for a third straight game with a concussion. The Titans also sat rookie tight end Jared Cook, who suffered a concussion a week ago at Indianapolis.
Kyle Boller, who was limited by an injured thigh, will start for St. Louis.
Justin Gage is active for the Titans for his first game since breaking several bones in his lower back Nov. 8. But rookie Kenny Britt is starting his fifth straight game in Gage’s place.
