LUBBOCK, Texas — In an April 10 story, The Associated Press, relying on information from Texas Tech football spokesman Chris Cook, reported that former coach Mike Leach closed spring football practices last season. Cook now says he should have specified that Leach closed the practices to news media members who wanted to film the sessions.
