Cameroon, Denmark 1-1 after 60 minutes
PRETORIA, South Africa — Cameroon and Denmark remained locked at 1-1 after 60 minutes of an exciting World Cup match.
Samuel Eto’o gave Cameroon the lead in the 10th minute on Saturday after Achille Webo intercepted a misplaced pass from Christian Poulsen to Simon Kjaer.
Nicklas Bendtner tied the game in the 33rd minute after Dennis Rommedahl deftly found the Arsenal forward in the penalty area following a long diagonal pass from Kjaer.
Both teams have had numerous chances to take the lead in an action-packed game at the Loftus Versfeld Stadium.
Cameroon’s best chance to retake the lead fell to Eto’o, but his 43rd minute effort hit the post.
