NU’s Koehnlein earns berth at NCAA championships
Lincoln, Neb. — University of Nebraska wrestler Mike Koehnlein (KEN-line) is among the 50 at-large selections in the final brackets of the 2010 NCAA Division I Wrestling Championships
The addition of Koehnlein, a 141-pound junior, means five Nebraska qualifiers will be competing at the Qwest Center in Omaha next week.
Other qualifiers are senior Craig Brester at 197 pounds, senior Stephen Dwyer at 174, redshirt freshman Josh Ihnen (Eee-nen) at 184 and sophomore Tucker Lane, a heavyweight.
Those four earned automatic-qualifying spots following Saturdays Big 12 Championship in Norman, Okla.
