LOS ANGELES — Former Los Angeles Dodgers CEO Jamie McCourt will take the stand in a divorce trial that could decide whether she has an ownership stake in the team.

Her testimony scheduled for Monday follows statements earlier this month that she wasn’t told before signing a postnuptial agreement in 2004 that the document would waive her right to the Dodgers if she divorced team owner Frank McCourt.

The couple are embroiled in a dispute where Frank McCourt argues the agreement gives him the Dodgers, the stadium and the surrounding property. Jamie McCourt believes she should be part-owner.
