Lakers looking for sweep
SALT LAKE CITY — Kobe Bryant says the Los Angeles Lakers have regained any intensity they lacked in the first round of the playoffs.
The Lakers are a victory away from sweeping the Utah Jazz and want to lock up a third straight trip to the Western Conference finals as soon as possible.
Game 4 is Monday night in Utah.
Bryant said Sunday that the Lakers learned something in the first round when they led Oklahoma City 2-0, then the Thunder tied it with two wins at home. The Lakers won the next two and advanced.
Los Angeles took a 3-0 lead over Utah on Saturday night with a 111-110 victory in Salt Lake City.
