The Texans after crushing the Tennessee Titans by 20-0 in their last match had kindled hopes of shocking both the NFL as well as the audience by once again proving themselves as the mighty one, but all to their dismay.

The Philadelphia Eagles toppled over the Houston Texans for 416 yards, including the 302 pass by their quarterback Vick who was 22-of-33 with two touchdowns. The day also saw Philadelphia Eagles right tackle Winston Justice taking a leave from the Eagles vs Texans match with an injured knee.
