AUSTIN (Gaeatimes.com)- The Baltimore Ravens rookie linebacker Sergio Kindle who was picked by the team during the April draft season has suffered a fatal fall and is at present recuperating at an Austin hospital. The player suffered head injury on Thursday at a private house in Austin. He reportedly fell from two flights of stairs and injured his head. It is not known for sure whether some other parts of his body have suffered injury, but media sources claim that the player is recuperating well at the University Medical Center Brackenridge, where he was taken for medical attention.

The management of the Baltimore Ravens issued a statement after the fall of Sergio Kindle in which it confirmed the mishap. The statement mentioned that the player was immediately taken to a local hospital and that at present his condition is stable. However, when Sergio Kindle will be returning home and joining the Baltimore Ravens for training and play remain still unanswered.

Although reports claim that the fall has not caused any kind of severe injury to Sergio Kindle, it has no doubt acted as a setback for the player before the beginning of the 2010-2011 season. The player was scheduled to join the Baltimore Ravens training camp on Monday but keeping in mind the present condition of the player, it is highly unlikely that Sergio Kindle will be able to make it to the training camp. The fall has acted as a mental setback for Sergio Kindle who was looking forward to join the training. His father said to a media source that Sergio Kindle feels “like he has had bad luck all his life”.
