PANAMA CITY (GaeaTimes.com)- After their personal life was completely ripped apart by the media following tawdry stories of marital infidelity, disgraced golfer Tiger Woods officially got divorced from his wife Elin Nordegren at the Bay County Circuit court based in Florida’s Panama City on Monday. After the hearing in the courtroom that went on for about ten minutes, Judge Judy Pittman Biebel granted the divorce in the presence of both Tiger Woods and his wife. Since the news of their divorce hogged the limelight, speculations are abuzz about the financial details of the settlement that has been reached by the two as it has not been revealed to the media.

Given the fact that the terms of the divorce settlement between Tiger Woods and his Swedish model wife has been kept under the wraps, the amount that Elin Nordegren is likely to receive from her womanizing husband is being widely speculated. Some insiders has divulged that the actual amount of the divorce settlement would be something between $100 million to $750 million, although the figures have not been confirmed. The main point of discussion between the attorneys of both the sides was the custody of the couple’s two children which is now likely to be shared by the pair. Both Tiger Woods and his now former wife are known to have undergone a parenting course which is mandatory for all divorcing parents.

The personal life of Tiger Woods became the subject of widespread speculations since the bizarre car accident outside his Florida home in November last year which was followed by a string of revelations of his multiple illicit relationships.
