ARLINGTON (GaeaTimes.com)- After Sunday night match results, the Green Bay Packers have once successfully managed to bring home the Vince Lombardi Trophy. The Super Bowl XLV, which was one of the most awaited annual events of the year saw the Packers clinching victory in the finale where they were pitted against the Pittsburgh Steelers. The game rendered every possible excitement from both the teams with the Packers making the final cut with a score of 31-25.
Nothing gives more satisfaction to the Green Bay Packers than achieving the Vince Lombardi Trophy that has been named after the legendary Packers coach Vince Lombardi, who passed away suddenly due to cancer. The trophy is awarded to the winning team of the Super Bowl. As the Packers camp held the trophy high above their heads, the whole Cowboys stadium seemed to get ripped off by the cheering aloud of the ardent Packers supporters whose joys knew no boundaries. An elated Packers coach Mike McCarthy reminded that the time was theirs as he tasted a sip of the success as the trophy was being presented to the team.
Packers receiver Greg Jennings knew not what else to say except for re-instating the fact that he was feeling great after bringing home the Vince Lombardi Trophy for the fourth time. Yes, that was something the team deserves to feel for the way in which they progressed towards the final result has indeed remained a remarkable journey. Even two months, it was uncertain whether they would march ahead after they suffered badly at the hands of Detroit Lions and New England Patriots, where they were left with no other option except for winning all remaining matches, something that they actually made happen.
