BOSTON (GaeaTimes.com) — In the top-seeded NBA playoff match between Cleveland Cavaliers and Boston Celtics, the latter ended the game with a victory. The Celtics scored 94 and the Cavs scored 85 points. With this victory Celtics proved their critics why they are considered as the most deserving team to win the NBA championship.

It was a tough fight for both the teams. While Celtics lead the 1st and 3rd quarters, Cavs lead the 2nd quarter. The 4th quarter score was tied for both teams. But Celtics, with their brilliant performance steal the game from Cavs.

Kevin Garnett scored 22 points and added 12 rebounds, and Rondo had 21 points and 12 assists for Boston.

With tonight’s victory, the Celtics has been to the NBA Finals. Orlando Magic has already reached final to compete with Celtics. Celtics has more experience on their side, but to beat Magic, they need something more than experience. Celtics are yet to get a great performance from their leading scorer Paul Pierce. Lets see if Paul Pierce can be capable of stopping Magic’s Howard.

They didn’t reach the NBA Finals. They’re now going on to the Eastern Conference Finals. The winner of that series will go on to the NBA Finals.
