Last night’s results have put the Auburn Tigers with 13-0 and now the Tigers will head towards the BCS National Championship Game to play against the No.2 Oregon Ducks in Glendale, Arizona, which will see them contending once again for the national title, something that they did for the last time way back in 1957. The game is slated to be on the 10th of January. Cameron Newton was simply genius. His efforts did all the magic in the match of the Auburn Tigers vs South Carolina Gamecocks. He simply ousted the rivals making four touchdowns and then heading for two more, taking his team straight for victory against the No.19 in front of the huge crowd of 75,802 who had come to witness the game at the Georgia Dome Last night.
There was quite some controversy regarding Cameron Newton’s appearance on the game as the quarterback was initially forbidden to play, but then he was again allowed. However, his team won and to a great extent all because of him. As soon as the Auburn vs South Carolina results got finalized, team mates hoisted Cameron Newton on their shoulders marching till the midfield. Auburn Tigers coach Gene Chizik was all elated for what his team had done and said that never before did he see such an extraordinary game.
